AM1H-ITX memory problems

When i use 2x 4gig memory sticks i keep getting windows has run out of memory error or when using utorrent i get memory issues what could this be ?

I have tested both sticks of memory in memtest and another pc and its no problem until i use it in my AM1H-ITX also i have tried 2 more sets of memory and i get the same issue

You haven't told us about your operating system version or how many programs you are usually running.

The specifications for your motherboard says up to 4GB of shared memory and if this setting is too high or too low you will have performance or memory problems.

Some programs have memory leak problems, such as FireFox and windows gadgets.

A web search using: windows running out of memory error will provide information that might help you solve the problem.

The windows Task Manager Performance tab shows the percentage of memory that is in use.
