asrock z77 extreme 4 motherboard and diablo 3 game

i recently changed from a asus P8z77-v motherboard to an asrock z77 extreme 4 motherboard. since that change over, i have not been able to play the online game "diablo III". been on the battlenet live chat moment, well lets see..........5 times now and between the two, we have not been able to determine what is the cause. the only difference in my system now is the motherboards. i was wondering if anyone else has ran into this problem and could help me out. my system consists of:

i7 3770K intel chip
16gb of corsair ram
120 gb samsung SSD sata drive
external 1 tb harddrive
750w power source
antec 900 case
msi gtx 660 ti 2gb video card

You changed mother boards, and are you using the same Windows 7 installation you used with the Asus board?

If so, what did you do about the driver differences? The network chips are completely different on those two boards. Did you use the ASRock driver installation disk?

We need to know about this first before anything else.
