Hi,
My newly built computer is misbehaving. On a cold boot the video, sound and general responsiveness are choppy. However, after an immediate reboot it works fine. I don't wish to be in the situation where I always have to boot the computer twice so I'm seeking guidance on the root cause and how to fix it permanently.

The things I've tried but haven't worked:
- Updated ALL drivers, Nvidia, Windows, ASRock Cd
- Backed out Nvidia driver
- Installed USB Wireless N card
- Turned off Microsoft Bridged WLAN service
- Set VSync for Nvidia
- Disabled unneeded Windows settings such as indexing, pre-fetch, etc
- Disabled antivirus
- Turned on antivirus
- Rain dance in living room
- Rabbits foot
