X99X Fatal1ty killer network driver

I have installed all the drivers from disk and have killer network adapter and the other network adapter drivers all installed.
But under the others i have a LAN adapter showing yellow explanation.
But I cant figure what this adapter could be. I uninstalled it and rebooted to see if I could figure it out but it's reloaded needing a driver.
Tried searching the internet, disk everything I could figure but no luck.
I'm running windows 8.1 Enterprize.
