I have a g31m-gs and looking to upgrade to a faster version?

I am trying to ugrade my pc for website design and website development purposes.

Now the PC specification is as follows

Operating system: windows 7 64bit
Processor: Pentium Dual core 4 - E5300 @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz
Graphics Card: GEforce 9600 GT
RAM: 4 GB
Disk Space: 1TB

G31M-GS
fsb1600
ddr2800

I dont really know much about upgrading but have ordered ASUS GeForce GTX750-PHOC-1GD5 - 1GB - PCI-E for the graphics card side of things so any help at all would be great
