ASrock motherboard conflict network speed

i've found alot are having problems with ASrock boards with the AMD software AMD Quickstream its bundled in the software and needs to be removed go into your programs list and uninstall it too get back the normal LAN speeds.

also can this get stickled? so other can read this.
