I have an HP 932c printer connected via USB to my H77 Pro4/MVP-based system running Windows 7 x64 Enterprise. When I open the printer queue, I see printed documents flash in and out without printing, whether it's a test page or a regular document.
I have tried Troubleshooter and Fixit. I have tried HP's diagnostic tools. I have removed and reinstalled the printer. I have tried powering up the printer before and after I boot the PC. I have checked the Print Spooler.
I was able to resurrect my old PC (also Windows 7 x64 Enterprise) and attach my HP 932c printer. I could print from Notepad and I was printing a test page when the hard drive on my old PC froze up again (which is why I have a new PC).
What can I check next?
