Asrock X79 Extreme6 motherboard compatibility question

I am thinking of buying Asrock X79 Extreme6 motherboard motherboard, I have just got Intel Core i7-3820 Sandy Bridge-E 3.6GHz. Just wanted to make sure the motherboard is compatible?

Yes, they are very compatible, have the same setup and am running at 4.75 ghz 24/7 with an H100 cooler and stable.
