Asrock motherboard do not recognize the Kingston XMP DD3 Hyper-X 1600 Mhz

Hello,

I have an asrock z77 pro4-m, ivy bridge i5-3570k and Kingston XMP HyperX 8GB KIT 1600mhz (KHX1600C9D3K2/8GX).
there are not recognize as XMP profile while the ASUS, Gigabyte, MSI and Intel Motherboard recognize them as XMP Memory

i tried to upgrade the bios to 1.10 no XMP profile then to the last bios 1.20 still nothing

with any bios version my asrock motherboard recognize them as 1333Mhz when i set it to 1600Mhz the Cas lantency is 9-11-11-28 and normaly it must be 9-9-9-24
