I have an Extreme4 Gen3 motherboard with an Ivy Bridge CPU and a GTX 560ti video card. The computer turns on and everything is fine as long as there is no discrete video card plugged in. When I plug in the GTX 560ti, the computer does not recognize that it exists. The video card works fine on my other motherboard and everything is plugged in correctly.
I am currently running on BIOS version 1.05. I saw that 1.10 is currently up, but I am wary of the risks. Would flashing my BIOS to 1.10 fix this problem?
