Okay, im still a new guy here but i do need some help...

okay, will enabling Virtu MVP will really cause my GPU to work on full mode and stays there?...
here's a pic...
when my pc boots up, it stays like that without any application running...
even tho i OC'ed it to 880/1060, it should drop to something like 150/100 or something right?... (I mean, "IDLE")
anyone there who knows a fix for this?...
