My PC consists of P67 Extreme4, 2500k at 4500, HD 6950 unlocked to 6970, 8 gigs G. Skill, and 64 gig C300 ssd.
For the last 10 months my computer has been a dream, no problems. In the past 3-4 days when I log on, about 50% of the time when the internet icon is loading in the bottom right corner, the computer kind of freezes, and every program that has to do with the internet (firefox, origin) simply will not, or take forever to open. Then if I right click the internet icon it will red X it out and then connect back again but the connection is no good. No internet. Could it be my SSD? I'm thinking that has to be the only culprit. I just re-ran WIE and the SSD went from 7.5 to 7.7.
I highly doubt it can be the internet because no one else in the house is having issues with the internet (wired and wireless).
Anyone know what might be causing it?
