Beta BIOS for Z68 Pro3-M and Z68 Extreme4 Gen3

I have been trying to get DirectPath pass-through (using Intel VT-d) under VMware ESXi 5.0 working on both the Z68 Pro3-M and Z68 Extreme4 Gen3 motherboards without any luck. I've tried the L1.65A beta BIOS for the Z68 Pro3-M which is supposed to improve VT-d functionality but still no joy.

Are there any updated beta BIOS for either of these motherboards?
