Debug code "0d" on P67 Extreme4 Gen3

Trying to get this custom build running. When I boot without a keyboard plugged in, I get an "A3" debug code. So I plug in my USB keyboard, and I get an "0d" code. I can get to the Asrock splash screen, and the keyboard is getting power, but the PC doesn't recognize any input (i.e., F2 for setup).

I don't have a PS2 keyboard handy, so any other ideas would be most appreciated.
