2Core1333-2.66G + pcie (V2.0) usb 3.0 CARD not found on PCI-E 1 slot.

I wanted to install the superspeed USB 3 in the PCI-E 1 slot, but nothing really happens. It seems that the bios doesn't support PCI-E v2.0?
I'm running win7 home.
I have searched for a new bios update since I already have v1.10 installed.
Since the Conroe motherboards a quite similar I tried installing one of the never bios updates, but of course that doesn't work.
Could you kindly provide me with a never bios version than 1.10 to the 2Core1333-2.66G motherboard?
