need help for new ram on my motherboard please

i have asrock 4core1600-glan
but i have some problems with it
i need to buy new ram for it but the question is can i use 2+2 ddr2 ram or i have to use 1+1+1+1 ? will my motherboard suport a dual kit 2x2 at 800 mhz ?
this is the ram i want to buy.. will it work ?
