I have an ASUS M2V-MX-SE motherboard and wanted to extend it with an eSata and an inner Sata port. I purchased an ASROCK Sata3 card.
I know that the motherboard have only PCI-E v1.0a, but the half speed is enough for me. Trying the card, the BIOS initial phase has started, but it stops at a point and the screen remains black. HDD LED constantly lights. Keyboard is working because if I press the Ctrl-Alt-Del combination it begins booting again but stops at that point. Switch button is also working. BIOS is the latest (v6.01). What can bee the problem?
