delay startup beep after change cpu

Hi,
I set new cpu core 2 duo 3.2ghz with 2m cash for my asrock 4coredual-vsta motherboard
after first bios startup it has delayd about 15-20 second and then play beep (bios beep)
but everything else is ok
motherboard bios is updated version 2.8
how can i fix it
