1. This is one of 2 (as far as I know) tech support sites that are not asrock home sites.
2.People must realise that posts are not being scanned by paid asrock employees 24 hrs a day
3.this tech support forum ,like the gigabyte one has only 1 paid tech support person.

Hopefully she is being paid like $30 extra per month to monitor this site.. if its anything in excess of that..well ;0
For the most part u will have to rely on "amateur " replies,to your queries. The paid employees may have only a passing knowledge of individual systems.
ie If someone replies to your post with ideas suggestions and you want a "Asrock tech" response immediately instead ..dont complain,the non asrock employee response is better than none at all.
