Changing similar motherboards, reinstall OS?

I currently have x58 extreme, but I may need to replace it for a x58 extreme6. With a couple differences with USB3 and SATA3, they appear to be almost the same board. Would I need to reinstall Windows 7 64bit or can I just swap boards without reinstalling the OS. I also have XP32 and Ubuntu, will I need to reinstall them as well?
