ASROCK 890GX Extreme3 - BSOD King

I'm VERY unhappy with my new rig and I've just recieved it few days ago and it keeps BSODing

RAM:
OCZ3G1333LV2G (OCZ PC GOLD LOW VOLTAGE 2 X 2 GB DDR3-1333 PC3-10666)

Motherboard:
ASRock 890GX Extreme3

HDD:
Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB HD103SJ

CPU:
AMD Phenom II X4 955

All running as default (stock)

Issue:
BSOD with MEMORY_MANAGEMENT (0x0000001a) and SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (0x0000003b)

OS:
Windows 7 x64 (with lastest updates)
