Intel W3565 x58 supercomputer motherboard compatibilty

We have just built a PC with an X58 supercomputer using an Intel W3565 CPU but it will not boot into post, there's no beeps at all the only thing that happens is that the fans turn on.

Is there a possible compatibility issue with this CPU? It is not listed in the compatibility chart on the Asrock site but the i7 960 is (equivalent consumer CPU)?
