Hello. I am so glad I have found dedicated Asrock Support.

Are you able to provide bios help?

I have just completed my second build build with the following components.

Motherboard:
Asrock P55 Pro (BIOS Ver:2.0)

CPU:
Intel Core I5-750

Ram:
Crucial Value PC1333 CL9 4Gb kit (2x2Gb)

GPU:
Saphire Radeon 5750 (1GB)

Psu:
Corsair TX 650 Watt

HDD:
1x Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 (320GB) 16Mb cache

DVD:
1x LG GH22Ns40/Ns30 Sata II

Case:
NZXT Gamma (Mid Tower)

Cooling:
Stock Standard with total 3x120mm fans
1x Stock CPU Cooler. (Intel)


Please can you provide the optimal bios settings for this PC?
I do not wish to overclock this system yet.

Dear Deafty

I believe the BIOS default setting is the best choice for your system if you don't want to Overclock you system.
