Asrock ALIVENF6G-VSTA
Hi Mr Tweak.
I am in need of your assistance as I am totally clueless even after searching the web for an answer but have had nothing definate.
I have an Asrock ALIVENF6G-VSTA motherboard in my PC and have an AMD Athlon 64 X2 5600+ AM2 cpu which I am looking to upgrade.
I know that the motherboard is AM2 but have read it may be able to use AM2+ cpu's and was wondering if that was so? Some web sites said that some boards could use AM3 but I am sceptical about that myself.
If so, would I be able to use this in it AMD CPU Athlon 64 x2 7850 Black Edition Dual Core Processor - Manufacturer code AD785ZWCJ2BGH?
Any help would be gratefull as I am not very clued up PC wise.
Thank you :)
PC Spec's are as follow's incase that helps :)
