Registry question

Where in the registry is the entry that instructs windows to open an explorer window on PC restart? I have this annoying problem of the same window opening up on PC restart, even tho there were no windows open when I shut down or restarted (Empty taskbar) Cheers Chris

Ya mite wanna check startup by running msconfig in the "Start/Run" menu, click startup tab & see if explorer.exe or it's shortcut is there & uncheck if is. Also could be Dell put the thang in ?:\documents and settings\your name or what ya called this\start menu\programs\startup;)
