Flash header not aligning properly

I've created a flash movie for my header but in IE and FF it does not line up where it should at the bottom. There is a small gap between the bottom of the swf and the blue line just above the menu. It looks good in Opera, Chrome and Safari. Cannot figure what I need to do.

Almost there! Anyone see the tweak I need?
