Ok, Ill start by saying I love Tweak Town, and getting to know some of the members and its a good community. I have just one compaint. This Echotopic pop up Shi.t is really driving me seriously crazy. Now I understand that tweaktown needs to maybe get some form of income from advitising and thats well and good, but there are better less intrusive ways, I can just ignore the side bars and what not, but everytime I move my damm cursor i get some stupid pop up crap about some crap I dont give a crap about its just beyond a joke. Not only that but I have found that, that is the reason behind the slower "than before" logging in process. I logged in and the 50 blue words were nowhere to be seen, then my page refreshed kinda and there they were again with the text box at the bottom. Please, If you need to just put a dam side bar or something. Or just stuff it off all together. Im seriously damm close to smashing screens people. I know there are others out there the same, that may just not want to say. But Im saying it. Loose the damm echotopic crap before some screen gets hurt. PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Without going into detail ...and hopfully without causing too much of a stir: historically this forum and its' members/mods have had little to no say as to how it is administered. The site is owned by Mr Tweak and he does as he pleases with it. Bottom line is that we either choose to accept that or move on ... ever wonder why there are so few of us that are still around from late 2003/ early 2004?
      Antec 900 case (4 120mm and 1 200mm lighted fans + UFO flashing light set + 2 12" and 1 6" Mutant Mods meteor lights) - Aerogate ll thermal controller - Asus M2N-e SLI - AMD 64 X2 AM2 6400+ - Corsair TX650 PSU - MSI 450GTS Cyclone OC - 2 X 2GB Patriot Extreme Performance PC2 6400 RAM - SATA 320 GB Seagate HD, SATA 300GB Maxtor HD and IDE 80 GB Samsung HD - Floppy Drive/Card Reader Combo - LG SuperMulti Lightscribe 18x DVD RW - Plextor PX-716A DVD r/rw - Windows 7 Home Premium 64

Yes Ive read a few old threads about a particular member and there disagreement with the higher power and how a lot of older people left around then. Im not going to do that but, I just really dont like these damm pop ups. On another note, I can Count on just about 1 hand the people that have actually kept this place alive. Ive spend a fair bit of time on TT reading through the old stuff and yeah the same few people really are to credit for the knowledge thats on here. Your 1 PrairieDawg, Almost by default, being a member for so long, You should be a gold member!

Ads never bother me. Sure I have adblockers, but I only use it on the rare case of pornographic ads or ads that may get me in trouble if someone sees it.

OK well maybe I wasnt clear. Adds are ok, its just some pages and most especialy the hardware review pages before you even get into the forum you cant hardly put your f'ing mouse anyware without some completely unrelated crap add shi.te coming up and then you have to click the tiny little x to close it. Its just crap.
