MacOS ftp client?

Hey

I want to give my GF access to my ftp, however she has something as weird as a macbook of some sort (lol, i swear, its from before my time, it will be replaced ^^), but for now I got a couple questions about that.

I got no idea what so ever of that thing, does Mac OS come with build in FTP support of some kind? and if not can anyone recommend a good free and easy-to-use-for-a-girl (no offence intended) that I could install for her when she brings the thing tomorrow.
