What Does This Event Viewer Text Mean in XP SP3?

I have a camera security system that keeps locking up in XP SP3.
I deleted all event logs to start fresh to see if anything coincides time wise and it looks like this. It's in the Security section of event viewer.

Can anyone tell me what it relates to? There are always two when it happens, both of which are listed below.

cant be sure but it lookslike another pc/user is logging on to view the security camera? did you allow remote access and users to logon ect?
