Find in start menu does not work

Someone was telling me that when they click on Find in the start menu of Windows ME nothing happens. They can't access find through the start menu. They can access find through windows explorer or through the control panel. What could be causing this?

Sorry but I couldn't help that but if ya go Start/Settings/Taskbar&Start Menu there should be something there to let all subjects show. ;)
