Easy URPMI Config for Mandrake from PLF
Configuration and usage after you've done what it says in above mentioned link.
if you are on Mandrake and facing lots of difficulties keeping your softwares updated or even getting rpms for that matter then those links are for you.

PLF has now adjusted mirrors list for MDK 9.1 and even texstar is producing packages for it. PLF is also working on a nice GUI for urpmi config which you can checkout here --> urpmi.setup
