Sandra Analysis Figures, are they reliable???

I recently downloaded and set up the unicode Sandra 2003 and it has all sorts of detailed information regarding my processor. for example it sez that the core power is estimated at 40w and the
cooling system thermal resistance is 0.39C/W, also an estimate.
How reliable are these figures to begin with...
