Not sure if this is the right forum to post this, but here's my problem:
In Excel, I am unable to maximize the child window (ie. the spreadsheet) to the full screen view. Each time I click the toggle button for Restore/Maximize at the top right-hand corner of the window, it merely resizes from a bigger window to a smaller window but never to the full screen size.
At the same time, the Restore/Maximize button icon remains as the maximized icon (with the single big window as opposed to the overlapping two small windows; ie. the following link as shown in a MS Word title bar, so you know what I'm talking about:

This is happening in Adobe Acrobat application with the child window (ie. the PDF) as well.
Any ideas?
