motherboard died, found one on ebay. It was the same except, for a 1800 cpu. I put in my 2400. It will not start windows, it says "NTLDR" is missing. What is that? I am a little lost here. All seems good but maybe the cpu speed, don't remember what that is but should be able to find that. Think I should replace the bio chip with my old one, didn't look to see if it was replaceable. Thanks for am help.

NTLDR is Windows NT's (or 2K, XP) boot loader and must be present to boot windows. It has nothing to do with motherboard
