Problem with Booting

Hi everyone!
I have a big problem with my pc i bought it about 7 mounths ago and it works perfectly until 2 weeks ago. My source make an anoyng noise when it power on my PC but i can solve that with 2 hits xD . The bigger problem is MY PC STUCK's at ASROCK SCREEN. I've trying to unplug and press the power on button for 30 seconds. That doesn't work . I've cleared CMOS and still don't work.
My pc:
ASRock G41M-VS3
4gb RAM
Nvidia GeForge 8400 GS
500 gb hdd
500 w source .
Can anyone help me?

but i can solve that with 2 hits xD .

Hitting the system when it is on, causes serious damages to its hard drive. Disconnect your hard (which is probably broken) and try.
