Issue between Keyboard and GA-8SIML

Hi guys
I'm french and i got a serious issue between my keyboard and the GA-8SIML mobo
When my PC is down, the leds on the keyboards are all switched on (NUM LOCk / CAPS LOCK / SCROLL LOCK) and they flicker
It's very strange
Does anybody had allready seen that
I try another kyeboard and it is still the same issue, BIOS upgrade, another memory
What can i do ?

See if there is a keyboard wakeup option in the BIOS, if there is make sure it is disabled
