hi all
i just bought a asus a8n5x for my second pc. On the motherboard it has a 24pin atx connector and my powersupply (450W) only has 20 pins on it. It fits in leaving a 5v-12v and 2 grounds empty. I wasnt game to start it up like this, so i was just wondering if someone could tell me whether i need to buy an adapter or get another PSU for it to suit 24pins... Its not SLI and only has a amd 64 3200+ in it with a 512mb 6800gs video.
Any help on this would be great. It may sound like a bit of a nub question but i have been out of the pc scene for around 14months and im out of date.
Cheers
Leigh
