ASUS K8V SE Deluxe (Rev 2.0) RAID Controller question

How can I prevent this thing asking for drivers each time I boot up. I tried installing the drivers and it won't let me. The VIA RAID tool is installed. I have the BIOS set for IDE operation. I want to disable the "Found New Hardware" wizard from asking all the time.

I tried uninstalling the RAID controller in Device Manager. It is relentlessly reappearing.
