BIOS friendly boards

I'm in the process of building my 4th rig. I've done a lot of research on the MB, and have narrowed it down a bit to an ASUS or MSI Nforce Ultra 400 board. The one thing I have been terrified of doing in the past is reflashing the BIOS. Do either of these board makers supply a windows base reflash program? I don't want to mess around with DOS. yeah yeah, call me chicken.

Thats an easy find, just look on the manufacturers websites. I went ahead and looked and they both do.
