help me please with abit ic7

I took out my old cd-rw and installed a new cd-rw and dvd-rw. Now when I turn the computer on it doesnt make a sound. I took them out and tried again.nothing.checked all power and nothing. The green lED at the bottom of the mobo is on (You think the mobo could be fried?), it stays on all the time, but when i turn it on a red led is supposed to showupright next to the green. No red. what could be the problem?

Make sure ya Molex's are inserted full,y and make sure ya didnt loosin any connections.
