    A7N8X Deluxe raid question

    look at this: (Asus site) beside IDE Ports and Serial ATA .


    Can i use 2 ata 100 HD in raid or raid is only for the SATA drives??

    on that mobo, raid is only for sata. but if you are desperate for raid, you can get pata -> sata converters for your HDDs

      Or a PCI raid card.
      they are pretty cheap.
