  • 256MB SDRAM PC133 or PC100?

I am trying to upgrade my computer from 384MB SDRAM to 512mb SDRAM. My Motherboard has 100FSb with two sdram slots, I already have a 256mb sdram pc133 Compatibile with PC100 stick in there with a 128mb sdram pc133 Compatibile with PC100. My question is can I put a 256mb sdram pc100 in there with the other 256mb sdram pc133 to make 512mb sdram in my computer?

Yes, you can. If it won't run higher than 100FSB, you might as well.

Are you 100% sure nothing bad will happen to my computer?

I can't guarantee that. I doubt it would permanently damage anything. If you have problems, just pull it out. It's extremely unlikely it could actually damage it.
