Should I buy 1 GB or stay with 512?

if you do alot of video editing, capturing, high resolution photo editing...it wouldnt hurt to have 1024mb RAM.

i wont recommend those pc4000 if u ar running air cooling and cant oc tat much. 4000 is good if u have a good water cooling system and u want to set ur FSB very high. if u have air cooling, but still want 200+ mhz fsb, then get pc3500, is cheaper, and it will do good for barton overclocking

i think u should get 1 gb of pc3500 if u ar into gaming cause it never hurts to have more ram: peace:
