TP-LINK Hard Wire Switch

I am debating if I should get this switch. It is a remote access switch that turns on and off lighting from anywhere using smartphone. It's 19.99 its pretty cheap. I need about 3 of them for each room. My question is, is it hard to install such switches?. I am not a handy person.
