    I use Cox Cable. Our service was recently a 1000/128 service, but they spent some money getting the city rewired with new fiber. Since then, they upped the speeds to their current 3000/256 limits. I'm in Amarillo and I believe that Cox also provides these same speeds to Lubbock as well, but that is all the info I have on localities and their respective speeds.

      doesnt compare to 2000+ mbps but still damn fast compared to 56k!!! :D

                    Cable - Optimum Online - New York. The tests are mostly taken at Off-peak hours, but I usually don't drop below 3000.
