I've been using it for a few days, but now it's only booting up after several tries. After it gets to windows, it seems to run fine, except when I play videos or games (it stutters). I'm wondering if I should use the mobo risers (the case only comes with two but it has a bunch of built in risers/standoffs and my mobo sits comfortably on them).
The only old parts I used are the GPU, mouse, keyboard, DVD drive and the PSU from my previous build which had a similar problem, so I suspected it was the motherboard (hence, partially the reason to upgrade to a full gaming PC). I did replace both the GPU and PSU in the previous build at one stage but the issue was never fixed.
Here's a video of the issue:

I think it stops at 65 or 95 (when it finally boots it sits on AO/AD? Or 00)? I just really wanted to enjoy my new build since I paid so much for it.
