As soon as Vista loads, if I double click on any one of those programs they take about 2-3min to open up. Nothing happens for about 2min then the windows just pop up. However, any other program (such as Speedfan) works instantly. I searched around and found one other person with this issue but it was never resolved. Anyone else have this problem?
