    Re: help with dell laptop

First you need to install Intel Chipset Drivers, get them here you want the second link >>

Then you will need to create a internet connection yourself, or one may appear after you install and reboot.

Ahh so you are getting wireless going, and entering a WPA Code right?

Can you show me images of the network window, and connection properties, and one of the enter code window. Maybe you have something set wrong.

Also, please post a image of device manager. Do you see any yellow ! in it?

            Re: help with dell laptop

They would not be starting themselves until you setup a connection and made it default and set always connect/enable this device.

Looks like you need to connect properly is all, are you SURE you are trying the correct protocol and connection type when entering your passkey?

                Re: help with dell laptop

Maybe go change the pass key, that way you know you are putting in the correct one. Be sure you are not copying extra spaces when entering the key.

                Does the router have WPS?
