It means zero to me. Currently the price difference between an "OEM" P4 without fan or warranty and a "boxed set" with a 3 year warranty is about $5.

What the heck is there to discuss? Intel has to be loosing money on that deal, since their heat sink/fan combos in the boxed sets suck.

I disagree on that one, their boxed sinks and fans is good enough for light to medium oc, it's only the heavy oc that requires a better cooling solution.
