i want to find plans for a headphone splitter that would allow you to have like 5 people on one signal i know the original signal would get weak but i would jusyt make a amp for the signal has anyone ever heard of this thanx

The closest thing I've seen is a two-way splitter. Don't know how you would manage a 5-way.. Hopefully someone else will be able to help.

Do a google search for headphone junction box I haven't come up with anything promising yet when searching those results for schematics, but maybe with my steering and your imagination you can find the page you need.

Well, you can always daisy chain splitters. And a dually splitter costs 2$, so you have to pay 2$ per additional person you want to add.

I do have a Three way splitter, but it is no better than daisy chaining two Dual splitters (as far as effectiveness)

well if you look at radio shack you can get the female end for a mini rca (which is the head phone jack) so then you put a rca male so you can plug it in and get some thing that looks like this.

I'd imagine that this would help with the parallel wirin' to help boost the signal, http://www.spodesabode.com/content/article/b-out , that I linked in the news. ;)
Can't hurt to look anyway. :D

You'd also want to make real sure of your wiring...

May I just ask what you would want 5 headphones for?
